This whole working malarkey is tiring work! I would have wrote this post during the week, but I have been coming home only to nap EVERY evening. Lucky I’m not a real teacher or the marking and planning would never get done.
This second day look includes another purchase from H&M, because the contents of my recent haul post wasn’t enough, hehe! I don’t have many dresses or skirts that fall much below the knee-which isn’t the best for working in a Primary school, so I invested in this beautiful summer dress. It has a short under skirt but longer fabric on the top layer and included delightful detailing on the side panels of the bust part. When I was really little I went through a Yellow phase and every now and again I like to trade pink for yellow! I wore it with a floral kimono which my sisters & I gave to my mum for her birthday. I managed to steal it for the day. I think the lighter pink tones (had to get them in somewhere!) compliment the yellow as they’re both quite pale.

Gorgeous! I love the dress and the flower crown :))

Love the dress, h&m is my favourite shop for me and my daughter. And it looks perfectly suitable for working in a primary school … as do your amazing jelly shoes, good choice!!
I love your blog and posts … off for a good read! 🙂

I will admit to having a few Kids section pieces in my own wardrobe, but not quite as young as Rose!
Thanks so much.
