This is another outfit that I wore to College, and would be great for casual wear, or going shopping!
I had quite a matchy day. The white t-shirt is the stand out colour really as it hasn’t been paired with any other piece, although most might find the red skirt more eye catching! I chose to wear the plain top underneath the skirt as I wanted to show off the elasticated waist detail. I also love the unusual design of the buttons down the front of the skirt. (When I was little I had a dress with spherical buttons down the back-but they kept popping under throughout the day! At least I can see them on this skirt!) The boots are a sensible height for college- even better, I can run for the bus in them! The red hair bow is the same tone as the skirt which is great for continuity throughout the outfit. I would have possibly donned a red lipstick too, in the same tone, but I didn’t want to go too over board. Instead I went for a slightly subtler lip gloss. If you didn’t want to team this with a black cardigan a great addition would be a thin tan coloured belt. If you find a Large or Extra Large intended for hips, you might be able to wrap it around twice. If not, a belt tied up after the buckle would look great too. This would tie in well with the boots.
In Summer I love to wear pretty outfits to college as I don’t have to think about keeping warm anymore. So hopefully there should be more outfits coming!
