Ravensbourne Uni Interview

Hey Guys!
Last Monday I went to my final Uni interview for September 2013 entry. It was at Ravensbourne University, which I had never heard of before I applied but I was told it was near The O2. Little did I realise how near they meant! If you are stood outside the front of The O2 entrance and take a look over your right shoulder, that weirdly geometric texture building right in front of you is it! I can imagine that that would be super cool if I were studying there as the opportunity for work experience would be great for me, wanting to work with fashion in music an all! But I don’t think, in fact I know I won’t, be choosing Ravensbourne as any of my options since the the interviewer wasn’t very welcoming with my ambitions. It went a little something like this:
AngryPants Man: So, Why Fashion Promotion?
RowBow: Because I want to do the styling for musicians when they perform and go on tour.
AngryPants Man: Now I don’t know how to say this without sounding rude.. But NO-ONE comes onto a degree, or a fashion promotion to become a stylist! You will never pay off your student load!
He should try telling that to all students of specific Fashion Styling degrees…So maybs that’s not really the place for me. But at least I looked cute!
I really love the colour combination I have complied in my look. I’ve become a beautiful array of candybarbie colours! But the dark purple dress anchors the look and matures the pink and purples combination. Darker colours add maturity to an outfit. This is also communicated through the black leggings and black boots. I don’t think the glittery bits do, but at least they add a little bit of partay to my look!
I kept my make-up and jewellery in following with the pretty in pink vibe. I chose a matt, candy pink lipstick which (colour wise) meets the darker necklace and paler blazer, nicely in the middle. And I added a bracelet for good measure. I chose to make sure I had accessorised more that usual, so that my styling passion came through more. But I left out the rings, as we all know what happens when I slip those bad boys on! Loving that my hair actually played game on the day!
