I feel like when I’m putting together looks for a whole week, there’s always a dud day. This look from the Saturday performances was it this time, I feel. I still wanted to show you because it’s a super casual look. Also it shows off the other Disney top that I got for Christmas. On the Saturday and Sunday of the week we have 2 shows per day, which is pretty intense! Defo not the time to get the Christian Louboutins and feather boa out!
I really wanted to wear my new Disney villains t-shirt, since the Frozen one went down so well yesterday. I was pretty surprised, but all the kids managed to recognise the evil queen from Snow White, which was the Pantomime we were putting on. The faded colours and Disney print makes this top the perfect tee for a true 90’s kid. Now, if anyone knows where I can get a Beauty and the Beast top, that would literally make my year! I tried this top on with some baggy, floral trousers at first but it just was not doing anything for me. The patterns were way too different to contrast nicely. So I thought the obvious fail-safe was to put on a denim shirt instead. Upon rummaging in my wardrobe, I realised I had this pale denim dress. This is a great inclusion in your wardrobe for something a little different compared to throwing on a standard denim shirt. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but I am totally besotted with my new trainers! I’ve worn them in three looks over the week. That’s pretty impressive, I think. Some of the kids noticed the glasses on my head and asked if they were my real ones. Of course they aren’t! My glasses are nowhere near as on trend as these tortoise shell, thick rimmed spectacles.
Rihanna debuted new music this morning, for the first time in 2 years! Has it really been that long? Yes it has, but boy was it worth the wait. Her new collab sees her teaming up with long time buddy Kanye West and new best friend Sir Paul McCartney. I love the raw and first cut appeal of the song. Sir Paul plays the guitar which is the sole instrument accompanying RiRi and Kanye’s voices throughout. The chorus is so simple but not annoying in the way some simply composed songs are. If your Monday wasn’t so swell, you need to give Four Five Seconds a listen to.

Love it! I love the Disney Villains because they are so… villainous!
Thanks Helen! It's hard to say no to anything that's Disney related!
