So I may be a teenie weenie bit behind with my #BloggersBakeAlong series of posts, but I will get there eventually. Even if I finish at Christmas. Even though the actual Bakers finish in two weeks! It’s gone so quickly! This post is about my Crème Brûlée from desserts week. I kinda forgot the whole GBBO ‘make it amazing’ ethos. However, I did make it successfully with coconut milk, which I was pretty chuffed about. I made it with tinned coconut milk because it is a lot thicker and more similar to the cream I think you’re meant to use.
