Uni Open Day Outfit

Hey Guys!
I had a Uni open day at Leeds recently, so I thought I’d show you what I wore.
It was at the end of January (I think), so I decided to wear an on trend top with star print on it. Although pattern is a big S/S trend, star pint was one of the stand outs for A/W. I teamed it with plain blue jeans and brown boots. The downside about wearing the chiffon top is that a) everybody can see what your wearing underneath. So I chose a plain black bra as this meant it was visible against my skin, yet also blended in as it was black.  b) It can get very chilly under there! To keep warm I also wore a blazer as it gave my look a smart casual look. First impressions are everything!
Cheeky: I also wore plain black leggings underneath my jeans as it was so cold! This is normally a good secret way of keeping warm, but in this photo I had them hoisted up a little high. That’s what the black band around my waist is. Luckily there weren’t like that at Leeds. Silly me!
Otherwise, chiffon tops are a great way to show off a trim tum, without being too showy. But leggings can give a trimmer effect if worn over your tummy underneath a tighter fitting top.
Cheeky 2: The jeans are actually a cropped length, but as I thought the colour worked better than my darker, longer length jeans I used to boots to hide the fact they fall above my ankles!
