Hey Guys!
Whenever I straighten my hair, I get lots of compliments, which is lush obvz. But some of those comments are, ‘Oh, you’re hair looks much better straight!’ Like, that’s great but what about your girl’s natural curls, what did they ever do to deserve that kinda shade? Also, I’m the apathy epitome of a lazy girl, so CBA spending 40 minutes to straighten it every time I wash my hair!
I will admit the poker straight ‘do is hella easier to control compared to my bouncy curls. This outfit is something I actually wore into work (for, like, the first time ever) and I’m thinking I’ve nailed the I-work-in-an-office-but-I’m-still-gonna-try-and-look-cute vibe! These cut out tops were v popular last year and are fading out with cold shoulders designs taking it’s place, y’know those hovering collar designs(!). Adding this grey into the monochrome outfit turns it greyscale and brightens the look because it’s quite a pale shade. It balances nicely with my almost day-glo non-tanned skin!
Because my hair is such a transformation for me, I’ve kept my make-up and accessories neutral and minimal (I realise that if you didn’t know me, the hair wouldn’t be such a big deal!). It’s getting repetitive but of course I’ve got my Kylie Cosmetics eyeshadow palette on with the Kylie Commando velvet Lip Kit. Liquid liner is Soap & Glory and brows are Lottie London- the perfect colour match for my locks. And that little sprinkle of glow on my cheeks is from the Sleek Distorted Dreams palette.
