Hey Guys!
Frequent flyers of What Row Chose… will know that every New Year signifies theatrical experiences. If you haven’t followed What Row Chose… over this theatrical week before, be prepared to delve into almost a week’s worth of wonderful backstage looks. This first post marks the start of what you could call a mini-series by revealing my dress rehearsal look.
I suck at Boxing Day sales. I tried online this year, but I found it even herder than going into the actual shop. I much prefer going a week into the sales when everyone else has got their fix so I can go cray! In the few days between Christmas time and Show Time, I managed a quick trip to Tesco. I’ll agree it doesn’t sound like the most glamorous place to pick up your fashionable fix. But I did manage to pick up the fabulously fluffy, 3/4 length sleeves black top. I thought I would get super toasty running around backstage whilst in the super snug jumper, but it was not a problem at all. I kept the wintery dark colours by teaming it with a maroon skirt and black tights. I also bagged these new trainers in the sale at the Florence & Fred section of Tesco. All my trainers have developed a new ventilation system which allows water as well as air in (basically, they have started to disintegrate with lots of holes in- but I can never find the holes!). These navy and fluro-orange mix trainers remind me of the pretty Nike shoes that are pretty popular at the moment. And what do trainers mean? Little frilly socks of course! I kept jewellery out of this look, mainly because the neck of the top is so high it didn’t need to be cluttered up. I foolishly attempted to wear my Nails Inc matte red polish again. Excuse the horrific outcome.
