(Let’s just totally gloss over the fact I haven’t posted since November…)
I was sooo excited when the fabulous Adriana from Irresistible Me got in contact. Irresistible Me have the most amazing collection of Hair Extensions with clip ins, pony tails, just highlights, full wigs… That list goes on and on! Lucky little Row Bow chose to add some Silky Touch extensions to her luscious locks. Adriana was such a babe and helped me choose the medium brown colour because I literally spent 20 minutes watching and re-watching the helpful video and STILL couldn’t decide! The product took about a week to process, then a week to get shipped over to sunny ol’ England. It just might have taken me a liiiiittle bit longer to actually get round to posting since they arrived when I was working at London Fashion Week, then I went out to Paris for a week, then took a week off ill… #ExcusesExcuses!
The extensions come in the cutest little black box, and inside a plastic pouch. Obvz you open the smaller pouch to check you got the right colour, and if you do you go on and jump right it decorating your scalp with the tiny extension clips. When I straighten my hair it reveals itself to be a lot thinner than you’d expect, so I used all but two of the pieces provided. I have literally no idea what I’m doing when it comes to these clip-ins, but I put the thickest one at the bottom and built up to the top finishing with the smaller clips. They are sooo nice and easy to style with my straighteners! They are made from 100% human Remy hair. These Silky Touch extensions were a great way to for beginner Row get started with. I went with clips that were 20 inch in length, which I thought was going to be a bit short afterwards. But they just skim my waist- Per-fect! They blend in so well too.
I wanted to make sure these images were better than a rushed ‘against a white wall’ shoot. So I dragged my ‘very willing’ housemate, Hannah, down to the park to get some cute pics to show of the transformation of my hair. You’d never guess 50 meters from where I’m stood is the busiest 3-lane main road ever!
