I’m soo impressed with my nails this past week. I managed to complete a reasonably consistent intricate design on both hands! I was inspired by the top of the BarryM Limited edition colours. I love the tribal print wrapped around the top of the lid on the yellow pot. I’m also a fan of the zebra print covering the neon pink paint top. So I decided to use these prints as inspiration for my nails this week. I also chose to use these colours in my nail based work of art.
I painted my nails in an alternate colour pattern of Yellow and Coral (Papaya). Then I used a thin nail brush and nail pen to to adorn my nails with the tribal decorative design. My thumb is a very simple leopard print design. The index finger uses the triangle parts of the yellow top design along with some of my own tribal inspired patterns, as does my ring finger. I’ve used zebra print on my middle finger, like the neon pink colour top. Finally, my baby finger nail has stripes and dots.
How Snazzy, hey? Ohh, err, missus!
I’m sooo excited with the music release for this post! Cher Lloyd has, after what seems like a life time, finally released I Wish, ft T.I. I love love love the 70’s vibe from it with the trumpet-ty sounds. It reminds me of Javine Hilton- Surrender Your Love, which samples a 70’s track itself. I wasn’t too sure about the inclusion of a rapper on this funky tune. But it’s not an aggressive gangsta rap, and it actually fits well with the rhythm. It’s already been released in the US, but I’m not sure about the UK.
“I wish I was tall, I wish I was fast, I wish I could shop with a bag full of cash!” Don’t we all Cher. “I wish I had style, I wish I had flash, I wish I woke up with a butt and a rack” I feel your pain Cher!
